When I broke down on the interstate I had my car towed to Schindler's. It was very close by conveniently and I had heard good things about them before. I broke down over the weekend so when I dropped the car off with the tow truck driver, I got on Schindler's website and booked the next available appointment which was for Friday. They were able to work my vehicle in sooner and instead of just starting to diagnosis on Friday I was able to get my car repaired and drove away just over a week later on that following Monday. Excellent customer service, explained everything well, and even got a free box of girl scout cookies.

These guys are great! We have been using them since we relocated to Floyds Knobs in 2021. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem with my Chrysler Pacifica that even two Chrysler dealers were unable to address.
